The green in the background really helps to bring out the color in her eyes! The skin tones are great, and you have done the lips perfectly as well...

the face is great! but the hair you really need to work on, the brush you used was much too large for hair strands. . . some are even as thick as her eyebrow. try using a preset brush instead, or at least one with a smaller radius. really nice face though.

The face and shading are well done, but the hair needs some work. It doesn't look as natural as the rest of her. Good try though!
