I enjoy your color usage here, like the mood you evoke with the piece, and am glad to see more distinct eyebrows :-) . Very good work! Maybe add a little more contrast to the grass in your background--just to maintain dimensionality (if that's a word ;-) . Wonderfully soulful.

I wanted the grass in the background to be less detailed than the grass in the foreground so it would draw less attention. Perhaps my attempt was not so successful. Ah, well, it is framed and ready to go. I've got one more to do for this series: The Butterfly Keeper. We'll see how that one goes... I'll have to wait until September to post it plus the other 4 that are already done. I have reached my upload limit for August.
