(c)2005 napkin work. Yesterday I went out with an old friend, his names Don. He has an indomiable spirit who transends his situation an accident put him into at the age of 17. He actually does more to lift my spirits rather than me his. Though he plays the handicap card everywhere we go,...I see him, not his chair. And I don't let him get away with it. Hence our sense of humor about each other. Mine I'll forego to tell. I suppose if this were to really happen, he'd probably have one heck of a ride before landing in a soft snowbank! hehe
