Camel boy are use for ider in the camel race, these children are usually brought in from India and Pakistan. They are not well fed in order to remain small and light.
I so enjoy your masterful paintings in all their moods, representation, and superb techniques.Whether happy, sad, tranquil, contemplative...it's so interesting & enlightening to also learn with the additions of your comments. Thank you, Francis- you share so much with us.
MAYBE SAD AND BEAUTIFULL.. IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY THEY WON'T HAVE ENOUGH FOOD FOR ANOTHER REASON.... BEAUTIFULL WATERCOLOR!!!!LOVE THE LITTLE GOLVES IN THE SAND!!!TOPWORK!!
Yes! The famous camel races. They had them in Kuwait whilst I was teaching there. Love the texture of the footprints in the sand in the foreground and the light falling on the faces of the camels. Wonderful atmosphere!
The effects you are able to 'draw' out of the sand with your watercolours is just amazing! Your work with colour values is so masterful it makes it look like one could literally walk right into this desert scene! Awesome artwork Francis!! :o)
