This is Power Girl. She's part of the DC Universe...she's UBER awesome but her origins are a bit fuzzy cuz they keep changing it @_@ It was originally thought that she was the cousin of Superman! Now they changed it so that she's from Atlantis or some junk. I beleive they will sort it all out in the new JLA hopefully!
