Mourning

This is a freak shot / divinely inspired while experimenting around the house. The shot was taken from a reflective globe just days after the asian tsunami. The unexpected 'water rush' (which is actually a raised moutain area) onto the land was not intended nor expected.. it was just there.. a gift.

Well, I would have to say that perhaps you have more than one gift Tracey!! This is an excellent capture, and the fact that you captured a bit of the globe that was slated for disaster is pretty amazing! Wonderful presentation, and a bit of history for us all!! ~S

Artist Reply: Thanks so much Susan. The resolution is so poor on this pic. I've tried over and over to re-create it with less blur, but no success... It's one of my favorite compositions, but just not clear or large enough for a good print, sadly. Thanks for visiting and reviewing this 'old dog'. Blessings.

Such an unspeakably tragic event, that leaves you feeling so terribly helpless. This is a wonderful tribute!
