Oma (grandmother) 2

This is the second drawing of two in this series I created for a college art class. The first was done on black drafting paper with white charcaol. This image was created in a more traditional method on textured white paper with graphite pencil. While the white charcoal method made for an interesting effect, this method shows more fine detail and depth! All in all, this has been my favorite series of drawings to date! I hope you enjoy them! (please forgive the image quality of the this photo...it`s difficult to keep a digital camera steady some times!LOL

Another nice drawing... I see that you are trying different techniques... school assignments?? Very well done, Amanda... I can't draw anything when someone tells me what I have to draw. I get a mental block all the sudden if you know what I mean..LOLL Good one~!!
