lovely picture! the perspective is nicely done, and i love the expression. the character design is really neato too. is he yours? :P moving on, the two-toned shading on his body and green fins looks great, but maybe you might want to add more depth to the shading on his tail? it would make the entire picture look as 3-D as his torso. just a suggestion, i suppose. as is it's great!
