butterfly (nude study)

1967/1993 4x8. this was a rework of a photo my father took back in the late 60s. i re did it as a oil painting

Aside from your fabulous style and technique, the piece also allows the viewer to go in a number of directions in terms of how it is interpreted. It certainly speaks . Great work!!!

really good drawin :) let me ask you something, by any chance were you trying to make it look like it was ranining? cuz it looks like that! but wither way it looks really awsome :) 10+!

Artist Reply: thank you for your comments. the answer to your question is no. thats just the way it turned out when i put the gesso down on the illustration board. i rubbed the paint off with a rag, in a downward motion. thank you again for your comments.
