This acrylic work was a commission for a friend who lives in Paris. In this work (3 feet by 5 feet) i show him on his favorite couch and many of his prized possessions are carefully located and placed around him. He loves bird cages so i placed them around the work in certain areas along with a bust of David by Michelangelo, a sculpture of a dog he owns on the left, his favorite floor lamp, and i also show myself painting him in the mirror on the back wall.
