So cute! I almost didn't realize it was watercolor! Great use of color and technique. Biggest thing is positioning of the leg and foot, but those are things learned with time! Just adorable!

Love your anime style, very cute and nice coloring technique^^ Lots of detail too and I love that in a picture. The only thing that catches my attention is the anatomy, generally the length of the human body from the top of the head to the base of the thighs is four "heads" down and it seems this one is just a little too short, but I'm not very good with anime so I don't know any of the rules of chibi '-'a It would be nice to learn someday@_@, overall this picture is Excellent!
