abstract piece showing the sun setting on the city, was based on a photograph i took whilst n New York. Very textured piece. oil on canvas, 9inch by 12inch.

Wish I could see this in person.. bet it looks real cool! The overall painting is facinating.. Can see the shadows created by the setting sun creeping up on the distorted images of the city, and the coastline, very nicely depicted! Great work Vicki! :o)

Funny how you can see different things in a art piece. Before your explanation this was for me a coastal scene with a weird rock formation in the foreground. Good work anyway :)
