I'm afraid of Bees ...and today I had one bee on my nose ;-)hmmmnnnn,nothing really happened to me...Do you think it's a sign of something ??? Luck maybe? I was just wondering.. Copyrights (c)Nira Dabush
Great shot Nira many bees here are endangered due to pesticide overuse so we see it as a real treat and sign of health if we have them in our garden, he looks like a honey be to me( guessing) we sometimes get the lone bumble bees which live alone in our garden, to help them deal with loss of habitat we put out little bee homes! Your bee is a fantastic picture.
nope, definitely not afraid of those fuzzy 'lil creatures...Doesn't even look like he has a "stinger" LOL Luckily no one try to "smack ya" while it was on your nose! LOL Quite an amazing shot Nira! Fabulous!
Nira! Greetings! Smart Bee found his Honey Tree! just talkin about U! the one that landed on your nose, I mean! LOL! this is such a beautiful shot! Everything about it is lovely. I spent an hour last summer trying to get a shot like this on a hot day to no avail! I know how it can Bee! I love these insects they r practically my favorites. Yes, don't panic if they find u attractive, just leave them Bee n they will not sting U. It is the people that wave their arms n hands in a fit that scare them. Ty u for everything. Love CB
Artist Reply: Thank you all of you ,for all the wonderful words. CHRISTINE,U R So insightful...i'm amazed...because I was born to a family name Dabush, which means Honey...!!! i knew that...as I also know bees won't really sting me if i do nothing to them, never the less..I DO AFRAID OF BEES! :-)))
Wow Nira! I tried to capture one of these guys last summer, but they were too quick for me.. this is a Fabulous shot!! so close up! love the crystal clear colours, excellent photograph!! Wowwee so close to the bee!! :o)
I think the fact that a insect with a stinger sat on your nose without stinging you speaks volumes about you as a person. You are a gentle and loving soul. Incredibly beautiful close-up, Nira.
