Autumn Air

This is a painting of a small forest of trees at the first big snow before the leaves have been shed. In this scene the setting sun is reflected in a small, slow moving stream. It is one of a series I have just started for the upcoming winter season. A picturesque winter scene with a small stream meandering through snow-covered terrain. The glow of the setting sun casts warm hues across the landscape.
