Rally The Angels

This painting was inspired by the Christian song Sevens by Brandon Lake. In the song my favorite line is 'Rally the angels, ready for war. I have depicted the archangel Michael as he answers the battle cry to prepare. The painting took several weeks to complete and went through several changes but I really like how it turned out. A celestial figure with large wings and a sword stands amidst swirling clouds, exuding a sense of divine power. The vibrant background gives an ethereal atmosphere.
