Portrait Lalah Hathaway

This is a painting of Lalah Hathaway I did for someone I knew . He said he wanted to present it to her. I believe she was performing at Yoshi in Oakland in the mid 2000s. It was a last minute rush job. It did not come out right . You live and you learn. It was done in acrylic paints.

Wonderful and rich in colors portrait artwork Cheryl. Also, album cover art worthy. In my opinion, Donny Hathaway's daughter Lalah Hathaway is an underrated singer/songwriter. :)
