Nikolay, I'm hoping 'mandatory' is soon replaced by 'temporary' and you are back to normal soon. Uh, of course, you know what I say about 'normal.' You'll have to tell me who the lady is when you can. :)

Artist Reply: Don't know anything eternal, except stupiding in the higher echelones of power. Been using a few alien browzers to get here and some of them work, so there's still hope as long as I'm alive. Charles, meet my wife Elena a certain amount of years ago when we were enjoying our summer vacations by the sea. Hope things are rolling normal where you are.
