Over the course of over two years, I worked on writing and designing about four books, with the publisher supposed to be this site, where I have been a member since 2004.
A lot of work, containing more work from many years of creation.
I intended to purchase all the books I created and continue on my path with the books too.. I bought my first book on the site at: Oct 29, 2025.
I paid $55 for it, and almost half a year has passed, and I am still waiting.
There are almost no replies on Artwanted, if at all..
And I ask, where is the respect for the artist, and the great time invested here?
After contacting them several times, I was told that they would produce it again.
Which apparently still did not. According to their report from April 5, 2026. it turns out that the first book is still in processing. Factually, who to contact... When there is no response, only sometimes after months with an apology..and the book has not been printed since October, at least not sent.
We are in a dangerous war, shipments reached me through two other international sites, also during the war... The book was purchased four months before this war..
The question arises: What are they waiting for at Artwanted?
Where are the services or support at Artwanted..
This morning, I tried to send an email to their support, the file was not attached several times, and an error appeared on the screen.
