I’m sharing a new watercolor titled Awakening. This small piece measures 2 by 3 inches, matted to 3 by 4 inches, and explores a calm, abstract landscape through horizontal bands of pastel tones. Soft pinks, purples, blues, and greens blend quietly across the surface, moving from light sky-like hues at the top to deeper horizon colors in the center, with delicate pinks below that suggest a reflective ground or water. The work reflects a moment of stillness and subtle natural movement—an invitation to pause and take in the gentle rhythms of dawn.
