The joy of having freedom (raspberry version)

This collage is one of three color variations of my ink drawing "Pixie" (2024). In this case, in raspberry tones. Initially, the pixie was black and white, but I decided to liven up this monochrome. Instead of a uniform white background, I put watercolor "Butterfly wings" (2024). And the black color of the pixie's silhouette acquired a rich ultramarine tone. Now he doesn't look so sad anymore. There are even more wings. And his flight is no longer perceived as a gesture of despair in an empty, unfriendly nvironment. The lace of microscopic fibrils of the butterfly's and pixie's wings creates a sense of kinship between these creatures. What could be better than having the freedom to do what your heart desires?
