Occasionally I go on a trip down memory lane and revisit a much happier time in my life... It was a time when I shared my life with the love of my life, my dearly departed wife; who is now in a far better place; being in The Presence of our Loving Savior... I'm including one of Dee's photos with this year ending post... A person doesn't have to watch the news very long to see that something is very wrong with our world... it would be easy to fall into despair or to become cynical and despise the very presence goodness and beauty; not believing that Truth, Purity, Genuine Honesty and Concern for the well being of others really exists... In the books of Genesis and Revelation of The Holy Bible we find The Tree of Life being mentioned... In Genesis we learn of how humanity chose a different tree in the Garden of Eden; the tree of the knowledge of good and evil; which resulted in creating the mess we are in today... in the New Testament we discover the fulfillment of Old Testament Prophesies where The Almighty Creator sends to fallen humanity a Savior, The Promised Messiah, Jesus of Nazareth; who would willingly die on a tree to pay the penalty for our sins; and because Jesus was found to be without sin the grave could not hold Him... Jesus Christ Is The Resurrection and The Life; and whosoever calls upon The Name of The Lord will be Saved; and will be able to enter into Paradise of God and Forever partake in eating of the Fruit of The Tree of Life... (KJV) And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil"... "Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: "... "He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God." As we enter into the year 2026, I believe now more than ever before each of us need to examine our Hearts to see if we have something that would bring Honor and Glory to our Life Source, The Tree of Life...
