The Back of Chase Home Museum Liberty Park

10x8 Plein-Air gouache on paper. It started raining half way through and so I had to move under the awning of the Chase Home until it passed. Once it passed I started again but then the sprinklers came on. I basically painted this while being sprayed by water.

Yes! I do like using gouache because it is the best of both worlds. Thin it and it’s watercolor less water and I can use it opaquely.
