Just to let you know that I haven't fallen off the edge of the horizon or some such, I thought I'd upload a couple of pages of quick sketch ideas for my up and coming sculptures. I've already completed a new one which, unfortunately, doesn't have a stand yet. I need a tool that is on order. And sometimes arrival isn't as fast as one would like. These are on decent drawing paper using my ubiquitous gel pen. Original Jones Art, still the most original on his block in northwest Austin, Texas.

Most expressive ideas, Hope they'll turn 3D smoothly enough.

Artist Reply: The transition from 2 to 3 dimensions goes smoothly--or not. But at least using smaller thinner elements lets me see what's working and what isn't rather quickly, Nikolay. And I continue to fine-tune the process---iron out the rough spots, hopefully. Hope all is going well in your world. :)

Very cool, Charles , I like them a lot : )

Artist Reply: Well, we'll see how many are actually used. Sometimes I take parts of several and turn into one. I should have everything I need to get the other two standing on their own tomorrow, Dave. Hope all is good up to the north. :)
