The semantic content of this painting is clearly expressed in its title. The unambiguous allegory once again identifies the favorable and unfavorable states of nature and human life. This is an expression of the well-known Taoist principle of unity and struggle of opposites. The very concept of favorability or its absence is also conditional. It happens that it is difficult periods that push a person to actions that he put off for later, being in relative prosperity. But everything has its limits, and any bad weather is replaced by good one. The painting depicts the moment of such a transition. People who are in harmony with nature are even able to disperse the clouds by an act of will. As an artist, I do this through my art, and scale this manifesto to the whole world in all aspects of the adversities that have intensified in this harsh decade.
