Here is another painting I had done several years ago, and I was never happy on how it turned out. So while I was sitting in my booth at a Christmas art faire, I decided to use my free time to make this painting work for me. First, let me tell what I didn't like--a typical gray day in the northwest, the dead trees were lost in the background, the bush next to the barn was lifeless, the roof on the barn didn't have enough color, and the horse on the right was out of portion. A lady at the faire thought I should break up the ground with wild flowers. So here is the revamped painting and I love it now!!!
