When I was visiting a relative and we were talking in their kitchen area, their cat decided to jump up on a wood pile/stack outside on the back porch and lie there staring at us. I really liked the overall look of the scene with the wood pile the old wooden fan rake so I hurried up to photograph it before the cat changed it's mind , which it did the moment after I took the image. Which adds to the old saying "Chance Favors the Prepared Mind" and of course having your camera with you.

Sweet look to that cat's face, Gary. Reminds me of a dearly departed pet of my past. You are correct. Being prepared can not be underestimated. Perfect lighting helps too. Hope all is good where you are. :)
