She looks a little standoffish to me, Gary, but I imagine even the moose tribe gets into a rut from time to time. Very nice shot. :)

Artist Reply: Hi, Thanks for comment on moose image. she was a bit standoffish but he had just won a small fight over her with another bull. She did eventually go off with him.

Artist Reply: Thanks Thomas for the comment on the moose image. as you know , sometimes one gets a good opportunity for some images. This Bull was already attached to the female. she was lying down near a tree and the bull was grazing. Another bull came into the area and challenged this bull. They did a quick skirmish and the challenger felt he was losing and ran off and then I was able to get this image as well as the short battle of the bulls. If you know Teton area it was over by the Gros Ventre area campgrounds.
