Ella

This artwork is for one of my beloved dogs that passed away last night... she was 11 years old and her name was Ella, a very happy beautiful well loved dog who will be missed tremendously. After she got very sick we took her to the vet and brought her back home to nurse her back to health with medications and antibiotics. She was only middle aged, but had contracted an infection and the poor little girl fought like hell, but just wasn't able to make it. She will be missed and thought of very much. And for all of you who have lost a beloved pet I know how your heart must have got broken... and if dogs don't go to heaven then when I die I want to go where she went.

So very sorry for your loss. Ella was adorable! I've seen many accounts of people who have died and come back; their deceased pets were waiting for them in heaven.

Artist Reply: Thanks Toni, she passed away just a few days before Christmas last year. I even had some new doggy toys for her on Christmas day. She had a favorite blanket and toy she liked to snuggle with so I burried her with those. She meant so much to me. Thanks again Toni for the kind words...

HAVE TO A POD ON ELLA. SO SWEET AND KNOW ALL TOO WELL WHAT IT IS TO LOSE YOUR BEST FRIEND. FURRY BABY. MY HEART HAS ACHED SO MANY TIMES AND MEMORIES STILL BRING MANY TEARS. SORRY FOR YOUR HEART BREAK.

Artist Reply: This dog was one of our 6 Joanie. If you read my discription you will see that she was with us for 11 years. You develope an amazing bond in that time span. They are someone we are responsible for and take care of and they love us back for that without conditions. Dogs are a wonderful source of therapy and love ~ She will be dearly missed.
