This picture is make from 3 separate images work done in PS7 Note to 1st comment......Thank you for commenting, however that is not his tail it is just a portion of his body in the shape of an S ( on its side) coming out of the water. I imagined that his tail is emersed under water. Does that make any sence? I am not sure how to explain it. The girl is a singer.
