Candlelight & Red Roses

Conte on Strathmore Colored Art Paper (Red)... about 9 X 12. I wasn't sure if conte should be included under charcoal. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

conte is very compressed charcoal, my favorite tool, nice and loose here and it works

Conte is a chalk pastel, but no worries hun! Very nice, but not in the same league as the rest! ;o)

Nice use of the light source. Love the way the roses fade into the background.
