Damn, this painting was a struggle to finish, but I finally got it right. I’m still outraged about the GOP Congressman who said the rioters were just tourists on January 6th. Even though that very Congressman, mouth agape, is shown in a photo helping barricade the House gallery from the Lynch mob. Painting one’s frustrations are good therapy. Another reason to detest the current Republican Party.
