That's SPECTACULAR !!!!WOW!!!! YES COTTON BALLS ,& FLUFFY PILLOWS,,,,,like sleeping on a cloud,,,,,,Joanie,we get those out here ever so often when we get these winds coming over the mountains out here in western Canada,the winds are warm coming from the Pacific ocean,they are called ,,,Chinook winds,,,& they cause these floating ,fluffy ,ripply formation of round soft balls,,,very nice.
