The Bride of Frankenstein

Capturing her likeness was very difficult. I worked on the sketch stage a long time before I was happy with it. I wanted the background to reflect her psychotic energy. Total time on this was about 20 hours.

Best! very awesome! love these old blk n wht movies, these r the ones that gave me frights all night long, LOL. My Dad used to love them too n watch them all hours... I could hear the screams n growls even though my pillow was tightly welded around my head! I dreaded them when I was really small but as I grew older , Well U know. Now I adore Frankie n Drac n all of them passionately. Weird isnb't it. U r a fantastic artist, I am a fan of your work! Cheers n Pleasant Nightmares! n all that bloody rot! Meet yah at the cemetery plot! LOL! People always do a double take when I say that! He-he CB

Very impressive. It may have taken a long time, but I think it was worth it. The Bride of Frankenstein is one of my favorite movies, and you captured 'the bride' not only so true to life, as she appreared in the film, but also captured the over-all feeling of the film by way of lighting on her face, and the patterns and shading around her! Excellent Job Eddie!
