Yule

This is a watercolor painting of the Pagan holiday Yule. Yule celebrates the coming of spring and the 'rebirth of the sun.' The woman is the goddess Cerridwen, the god Cerrnunos is shown in the background.

I like the detail in this one, especially the background. Most people are too lazy to put in backgrounds, more or less backgrounds as exquiset as this. You did a very fine job, keep it up.
