I think these faded thistles look like tiny little trolls. The flower's hair make them look like little creatures who desperately need a visit to the hair dresser's. That will not happen of course, so we might as well enjoy them as they are; faded, fascinating and wild. This photo belongs to my series "Pretty Dead Stuff".
