The past year has been particularly gloomy. As december approached we had had no sun hours for weeks, the snow nowhere to be seen. The yearning for spring and lighter days has been very strong among many of us. I´ve dreamt about our blossoming garden, our apple tree in full bloom, despite being so small and only containing a few flowers. Acrylic painting on primed thick paper. Painting size: A5, 14,8 x 21 cm or 8,3 x 5,8 in Comes mounted on a passepartout sized: 21x29,7 cm (A4) or 8.2 x 11.9 in. Thin white border on painting. Primed and signed on back.
