FAST TRACK

My portrayal of the Express train where riders reach their destination much sooner. Avoid the tedium of local stops that feel like a lifetime. This pandemic is like an interminable train ride that has stalled with no destinations in the foreseeable future. Just one long holding pattern, indulging in binge watching, consuming more scotch than usual and listening to nostalgic music from the past. And Folks, this is the first time I did a self-portrait inserted into my artwork. It's ironic I would put myself in a scene with all dead people.

Artist Reply: Thank you for the kind words. Your photographs are a joy to look at especially in these dystopian times. Seeing that one photo of cobblestone Paris street makes me assume you are based in Paris or near there. I yearn to go back again to visit once this pandemic is over. Be well

Like this one. Back in the (my) day, riding streetcars or buses. Your Express Train is great in detail, daily newspaper, and just hanging on. Very well done

Artist Reply: Thank you. I ride the subway everyday. It's how New Yorkers get around. Mass transit is one of the reasons I love New York city. Be well.
