This well aged tree ,I call the tree of LIFE,,,It's endured weathering of all kinds over the years,wonderful sculptured looking out stretched branches reaching the sky.,I can see the moss the moisture that has collected on this old tree,all on the north side of it,,,it lays dormant now for the winter months ,clearly seeing the different curves,designs,& patterns on the tree,,,,,soon when it's all covered in leaves ,,it will look a lot younger,,we have trees out here ,that when fall comes & all the leaves drop ,wow,you can see that some trees are as old as the Country.,that's an Amazing photo of that grandfather tree.,still standing tall,,with many stories to tell.a,Marie you always seem to find the unusual.,wanderful to see the many photos you've shared with us ,I find many of them very interesting ,very informable,knowledge to my ears,my eyes,many too as I've travelled Your country,the Rhine many other countries plus Russia,I find what you share with us very memorable too.,,,,meaning wow,I've been there!! almost in that very spot...
