Rhyne Water

Oils and oilbars on Arches Huile paper, 12 x 12 inches. Most of my paintings are subjects reflecting my home area in south-west England; as well as the floral and still life themes. This scene is a typical moorland view, with water flowing in channels called rhynes. Oilbars and tube oils have been worked on the paper to create textures and the simplified landscape shapes. The work is for sale on my website.
