I originally did this piece for my friend as a sorta goof on the fact that a character she writes for has never been shown in his true form. The original piece had her holding his tail and smiling at him in a somewhat gentle mannor. I wanted to recapture that feeling of being gently and loving. After all your dealing with a dragon and a young woman. I was very happy with this image. However Due to the actual size of the piece and the scanner that would not fit it I had to crop it before it should be. I really wanted to show this piece off.
