Francis,it is so beautiful,I love the all area of the dead sea,i think you describe in a perfect way,the character of the muntain in this erea,when i was in the dead sea ,i took alot of photos for inspiration,for my painting,i also made few sketches,in the erea of dead sea .exceelent painting,you are amazing.
