This portrait of Leo is rendered from a photo given to me by a client and was a favourite childhood pet. My attempt is to capture Leo's contentment as he remains quiet and undisturbed by his two scratching posts.

Artist Reply: Thanks Ginger! I used a black and white photo to work from and used other picture references of Leo, given to me by the owner, so it made it an interesting process to paint using color.
