Yeah, I drew a picture of my two favorite characters, Hiei and Rockman.(I DO NOT OWN THEM) No this is not some messed up cross pairing. They are just my favorites and I thought it would be cool to put them in a picture together.

Nice crisp work. Person at the back needs improvement. Nice blue shirt.
