No. 2 in my series, "Hungarian Rhapsody"--a whimsical nod to my Hungarian roots expressed as musical works. The Czárdás is the folk dance of Hungary; its name comes from the word for tavern. I can remember doing this dance at family weddings when I was a kid. The Hungarian folk costume has a skirt that is HUGE, with lots of petticoats--and my girl here is showing off hers (& this comes from an actual photo of this pose).
