Embers

I chose abstract art for its visceral emotional appeal. The viewer must connect with the piece with more than just their eyes. Giving them a richer, more in-depth experience. I use a variety of acrylic paint types and texture. Sometimes adding beads, fibers, and other materials to increase the texture and luminosity of the paint. Much of my work has different metallic foils incorporated such as gold and silver leaf. My paintings are on a studio-grade stretched primed canvas, to which I add a generous amount of texture material. The paintings are not varnished but can withstand a fair amount of abuse. My paintings come unframed with painted edges. Paintings can be hung with or without a frame. Hanging hardware is not included. Title: Embers. Medium: Acrylic, texture and gold leaf on canvas. Style: Abstract. Size: 48x24. Signed with a letter of authenticity included. • Signed by the artist • Unframed • Letter of authenticity included • Hanging hardware not included
