You can thank Brandon Goeringer for the idea for this somewhat gross mutation. Highly explosive fleshy lumps are torn from the deviant’s own torso, squished to mix the inner compounds, and then thrown to detonate like a grenade. Gonzo goodness! www.mutantepoch.com
