Saturday I had supper with a friend. That doesn't sound all that extraordinary, does it? I told her it was the first real face-to-face conversation I'd had for weeks. But it had easily been two months. After driving home, I noticed I'd been out for less than two hours, Later that evening I drew this. How many billions of us are there now? The number continues to balloon and yet many of us are desperately alone and isolated. This gel pen drawing is roughly 4.75 by 7 inches.
