The Administration Building where my dad, uncle & cousin worked & where I had my first job as Student Assistant with the US Government the summer between my junior & senior year in high school all lit up at night. My signature is over Balboa High School in bottom left corner. Panama City lit in the night is in the background behind Ancon Hill. In the fore ground is the Goethals Monument shining in the night and the building to the left of the Admin Bldg is the Balboa Baptist Church.
