This picture was painted from a photograph of a rose in my back yard. The flower was no bigger than two inches and it was fun to zoom in. I was obsessing over details and had to tell myself that no one will ever notice! But I do love to zoom in on my pictures. I can find details that I never saw before. I had uploaded this picture before but have been able to make better adjustments for printing. It is much clearer now. It sure takes a lot of work to make good reproductions.
