A painting of John Williams, M.B.E., J.P. A Councillor from my area a true man of the people he is a independent and also he is the Chairman for the Local Executive committee Scout Movement in Blaenau Gwent and a very hard worker for this post. I've painted him in my local people as he is a good friend and I like him. I've done it for an Exhibition in July 2014 in my Town in my real name of Brian Parker. I hope he likes it. The A3 size on watercolour paper is done first with crayon then watercolour paint then sealed with acrylic . I hope he likes it.
